Tool Drip category guide

Start with the material and abrasive system.

Separate round-disc, quarter-sheet and grinder setups before comparing speed or controls.

Match the tool and accessory type

DCW210B and GEX18V-5N are random-orbit examples; PCL401B uses quarter-sheet clamps; 2880-20 and XAG16Z are angle grinders. Their accessory arrangements are distinct even where a supported operation overlaps.

Keep interface details separate

For the round-disc examples, compare the 5 in pad, hook-and-loop attachment and eight-hole pattern as separate requirements. For grinders, check the wheel, mounting hardware, rated speed and correct guard. Tool diameter alone is not a complete compatibility check.

Check application and collection limits

The DCW210 Type 2 manual excludes drywall applications. Check each exact tool’s intended material and permitted setup, then verify the hose or adapter and vacuum requirements. A supplied bag or port does not prove that a complete collection arrangement is suitable.
